The Original Fungi Nail-Review
Product Claims of The Original Fungi Nail
There are many individuals who join the club of those who suffer from athlete’s foot and ringworm. It is certainly not a club anybody voluntarily asks to join and so today we are reviewing The Original Fungi Nail. With the root cause of fungus colonizing the nail commonly caused by strains of yeast, this product is very clear about what it does and does not do. It does not claim to kill all fungi, but rather restore skin, effectively relieving itching, burning and cracking from athlete’s foot and ringworm.
Ingredients
The primary ingredient is Undecylenic Acid (25%). The inactive ingredient is Isopropyl Palmitate which is a thickening agent.
The list of ingredients is fair. Undecylenic Acid is a derivative of castor oil, which is clinically proven to be one of the most effective fungus fighting ingredients on the market. 25% is considered the strongest concentration available for optimal benefits.
Dosage Instructions
Detailed instructions on the product label list the following steps. First, clean the affected area with soap and warm water; dry thoroughly. Next, apply a thin layer of the product over the affected area two times a day - preferably morning and night or as directed by your physician. For athlete's foot and ringworm, the infected area should be treated daily for a month.
The Original Fungi Nail should not be used on the scalp or nails and is for external use only. Also, avoid contact with the eyes and this product should not be used on children under two years old unless under doctor supervision.
Cost and Guarantee
This product was not available on the manufacturer’s website. Third party websites and stores sell it for $8.49 for a pack of 1 plus shipping or a package of 2 for $26.10 including free shipping.
The manufacturer does not appear to offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee which is disappointing in that they are not confident enough in their product to stand behind it and assure buyers that their money will be refunded completely if the product does not work to their satisfaction.
Summary of Our Original Fungi Nail Review
The Original Fungi Nail offers a solid product and it is easy to apply to affected areas. The ingredients are of top quality with 25% Undecylenic Acid and it promises to aggressively treat athlete’s foot and ringworm, but many reviewers commented that it was only effective in keeping the fungus at bay without ever curing it altogether. Unfortunately, the product does not seem to hold its own in effectively treating clients aggressively enough.
Therefore after reviewing the Original Fungi Nail, it is not a successful enough product to completely cure athlete's foot. We wonder why the manufacturer's website does not provide sufficient information and details as to how their formula is an effective treatment for athlete’s foot. Consumers who suffer from athlete’s foot may not be reassured by this lack of information about how the Original Fungi Nail works. Moreover, as an irritating health condition, athlete’s foot requires both an effective and aggressive immediate solution and this product falls short of being able to do that.
