This is a review for Provailen Inflammation Control. Arthritis is the leading cause of disability in America. More than fifty million adults and three hundred thousand children have some form of arthritis. While it is more common in women, it does happen more often as people age. Provailen Inflammation Control aims to diminish the pain associated with arthritis, as well as stiff joints, inflammation, the associated sleep deprivation and muscle atrophy. - Other ingredients include: Microcrystalline Cellulose, Magnesium Stearate, Silicon Dioxide Titanium dioxide, triactin, and FD&C color red #40, Silica
All three active ingredients are meant to focus on reducing inflammation, combating muscle atrophy, and increasing blood flow. They also use Reishi mushroom (Eurycoma Longifolia) which is actually a fungus on which little research has been conducted, although it has been compared to penicillin.
Dosage Instructions
While the manufacturer's website does not include specific information on the dosages, we were able to find the label elsewhere. The full recommended dosage is one capsule, three times a day about 30 minutes prior to meals. But it is also suggested that one build up to this dosage starting with one capsule for the first three days and gradually building up to the full dosage.

After clicking multiple times on the “rush my order“ link in order to check the prices, we were unable to access the price page. We were able to find this product on Amazon.com, however no price was available. Perhaps as of the time of writing this product is no longer in production? We're not sure.
There is also an issue with the refund policy. Although most manufacturers offer at least a 60-day money-back guarantee for all open or unopened products, Provailen only credits one return per customer within 30 days and it must be unopened. Any partially used or open products will not be refunded. This is more restrictive than we are used to in this category.
Summary of our Provailen Inflammation Control Review
While Provailen may contain ingredients that could assist with the relief of joint inflammation and pain, the formula is so unique the only way to really get a sense of its efficacy is to look at real world customer reviews. Amazon customer ratings for this product are decent with 74% positive and 22% negative, although that latter number would indicate it doesn't work for one in five people. We also have a number of issues with the product. The return policy is very limited providing no risk-free trial period for potential customers. The product website itself was not working at the time of our review (at least in terms of trying to place an order) and the product was not in stock on Amazon. So we have no idea what the cost of this product is (or was). There are many more reliable joint-relief products available. We suggest avoiding this one.
