Biotin may present other health benefits because it does have a role in the metabolic pathways of fats and carbohydrates. Each capsule provides 5000 micrograms of biotin. This is quite a high dose of biotin but there are manufacturers that offer 10,000 micrograms per capsule. There are obvious binders and fillers in this product (silicon dioxide and magnesium stearate) which we were not happy to see in the list of ingredients.
Dosage Instructions
Take one capsule per day after a meal and with a glass of water. The manufacturer does not specify a preferred time of day to take the capsule.

There is insufficient information about warnings, and possible side effects when using this supplement on the manufacturer's website. There is a 15 day guarantee but it is way too short to provide you enough time to adequately test the product's efficacy. The guarantee does not allow you the option to try the product and return an opened bottle of capsules. There is no assurance from the manufacturer that this product is made in an FDA certified facility, that its ingredients are non GMO and that it is free from fillers and binders.
