Product Claims of Nature's Own CoQ10 150mg Complex

Nature’s Own CoQ10 150mg Complex is the topic of our product review. The manufacturer of this COQ10 product claims that the product contains a high potency of Coenzyme Q10 that will support cardiovascular health and boost energy production.

Ingredients

  • Coenzyme Q10 (Ubidecarenone) - 150mg
  • Magnesium (as amino acid chelate)
  • Fallopia japonica extract

The primary ingredient in this product is CoQ10. Its role in the body is to supply cells with energy, transport electrons, and regulate blood pressure. It is responsible for the body’s ability to turn nutrients into energy promoting energy production. It also prevents the harmful impact of free radicals and supports organ health. Magnesium can reduce blood pressure and thus minimizes the risk of heart disease. Fallopia japonica extract supplies resveratrol, an important antioxidant that improves overall health. Resveratrol is an anti-inflammatory that promotes blood circulation. The product is free from yeast, starch, gluten, lactose, sugar, artificial colors or flavors, artificial sweeteners or preservatives, or dairy products. The product lacks Piperine which can help promote the absorption of COQ10.

Dosage Instructions

Take one capsule daily with food. Each serving supplies 150mg of Coenzyme Q10. It is a concern to note that several competitor products contain 250mg of CoQ10. The dosage of this product, therefore, can be considered too low.

Cost and Guarantee

You can purchase this product online through third-party sites. We found it on sale for $19.99 from one retailer. There are no discounts for bulk buyers, or incentives for first time users, or discounts for recurring subscription orders. The manufacturer does not offer a guarantee.

Summary Of Our Nature's Own CoQ10 150mg Complex Review

We liked that Nature’s Own CoQ10 150mg Complex is free from yeast, starch, gluten, lactose, sugar, artificial colors or flavors, artificial sweeteners or preservatives, or dairy products. We were glad to see the inclusion of Magnesium and Fallopia japonica extract. On the less positive side we were disappointed that the dose of COQ10 was on the low end at only 150mg compared with 250mg that other brands supply. The product lacks Piperine which can help promote the absorption of COQ10. The product is not cheap at $19.99 for a one month supply of capsules, and there are no discounts for bulk buys or incentives for first-time users, or discounts for recurring subscription orders. There is no assurance that the product is free from GMO ingredients, that it is made in an FDA certified facility, that it is free from fillers and binders, or if it is suitable for vegans and vegetarians. The lack of manufacturer guarantee is a major concern, We were also disappointed to see very few customer reviews. For all these reasons we are not able to recommend this COQ10 supplement. Instead, we suggest that you seek a more proven alternative for improved heart health and energy production specifically one with a higher dosage of COQ10, with a solid guarantee, and one that comes with a discounted bulk buying option.
