There were a few things we liked about Natural Vitality Natural Calm - its ingredients are all natural, vegan, and GMO-free. We also liked the easy to understand dosage directions and the variety of different flavors available for the powdered drink. We do more negative comments however. We feel that people prefer swallowing a pill rather dissolving a powder which removes the guesswork in regard to the correct dosing.
