Before using, you should thoroughly wash and dry your feet. Once dry, gently massage the cream into the affected areas of your skin in the morning and at night, paying special attention to the areas between your toes. After applying the cream, lightly dust your feet with the powder to help keep your feet dry. Additionally, you should sprinkle some of the powder into your socks and shoes. It is not stated how long these products take to clear your fungal infection, but you should continue using the products for a full week after it has cleared. The ingredients in both products have a standardization much lower than the research recommended concentration. There is a lack of clear warnings or possible side effects or how long to the product is supposed to take until your infection is fully healed. The manufacturer does not offer any guarantee or refund policy. There is no assurance that the product is made in an FDA certified facility, that it is free from GMO ingredients, if it is allergen free, or if the product was not tested on animals. When we checked on Amazon, we only found 4 customer reviews for this product. For all these reasons, we cannot recommend this product as an athlete’s foot treatment.
