Iodine, Zinc, Selenium, Copper, and L-Tyrosine nourish a healthy thyroid; Coleus Forskohlii and Sensoril promote thyroid health and help maintain healthy thyroid levels. We note, however, that Vitamin B12 which is known to be in deficit for hypothyroid individuals is curiously missing from the list of ingredients for this product.
Dosage Instructions
The dosage instructions state to take two tablets daily, at any point during the day. It does not need to be taken with food and can be taken on an empty stomach.
