This product is suitable for use by vegetarians as well as vegans. This product does not contain artificial colors or flavors, preservatives, added sugar, sweeteners, salt, yeast, or porcine. The product does not contain BioPerine which is known to help with absorption and bioavailability. Lack of this ingredient may render the product less effective. There are a number of fillers in this supplement which makes the product less pure.
Dosage Instructions
Take one capsule daily, preferably with a meal. Consult your physician before using this product if you're taking any medications. Do not use if under age 18 or if pregnant, trying to get pregnant, or nursing.

As an all-natural product, there were several things we liked about Holland & Barrett CoEnzyme Q-10. We liked that this product is suitable for use by vegetarians as well as vegans, and that is free from artificial colors, flavors, preservatives, added sugar, sweeteners, salt, yeast, or porcine. We liked that that the company allows a return of the product for any reason within thirty days. We also liked the 5% discount offered for recurring orders, and the discount if you spend over a certain amount. On the less positive side, we were disappointed that the product does not contain BioPerine which is known to help with absorption and bioavailability. Lack of this ingredient may render the product less effective. Price-wise at around $45 for a thirty count bottle, even with discounts available on the Holland and Barrett website, this was one of the more expensive CoQ10 products that we have reviewed. This supplement contains a dosage of 200 mg of CoQ10. Although this is a decent amount, there are products which offer up to 250 mg of coenzyme Q10. Holland & Barrett's guarantee allows a return of an item within 30 days of ordering for an exchange or refund, but this does not extend to opened bottles as well. There are supplements out there offering longer return policies that also state clearly that you can return opened bottles. Many reviewers stated that the supplement was not beneficial to their cardiovascular or cognitive health.
