GoutPro-Review

Product Claims of GoutPro
This is a review for GoutPro, an all natural supplement which helps the body maintain healthy levels of uric acid and prevents future gout attacks. Gout is often described as a painful form of arthritis that occurs when there is an elevation of uric acid in the blood.
Ingredients
GoutPro consists of a 500 mg herbal blend containing the following ingredients:
Yucca Stalk - contains saponins which are a natural painkiller.
Aged Garlic - boosts the immune system.
Artichoke Powder - helps the body expel excess uric acid.
Milk Thistle (Silymarin) Extract 80% - functions as an antioxidant.
Turmeric Powder - reduces inflammation and pain in joints during attacks.
Secondary Ingredients include:
Gelatin
Magnesium Stearate
This appears to be a good ingredient list, but tart cherry extract and dandelion are a glaring oversight in this product. Specifically, tart cherry contains antioxidants and anti-inflammatory properties and cherry juice is often used in treating gout attacks. Many scientists argue that the absence of this one ingredient could render a gout treatment completely ineffective. It also does not provide the recommended percentage of curcuminoids. A level of 95% is thought to be necessary for optimal benefits.
Dosage Instructions
Instructions suggest taking 1-3 capsules per day. It is recommended to take one softgel capsule three times daily, before meals, but this dosage was ascertained by a third-party website and is glaringly absent from the manufacturer’s website.
Cost and Guarantee
There are several options for buying GoutPro on the manufacturer’s website with free shipping both in the United States and internationally. Bulk purchasing is available. A single bottle contains 60 capsules and can be purchased for $24.97; 3 bottles can be purchased for $74.97; 6 bottles can be purchased for $147. The manufacturer offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all returns.
Given that the product is made in the US, we were surprised that international free shipping was offered. We suspect that this might account for what cannot be denied to be the exceedingly high cost of this product and would understandably lock many consumers out of making its purchase and seek out more cost-effective options on the market.
Summary of Our GoutPro Review
Made in the US and with GMP certification, GoutPro has a solid list of ingredients aimed at helping achieve a solid balance of uric acid levels to reduce pain and inflammation in the joints.
The price for this product is exceedingly high and this was probably one of the most concerning markers for us in reviewing this product. And when one reviewer on a third party site acknowledged being offered a free bottle of GoutPro in exchange for a high review of this product, this confirmed our assessments which is that this product is both inordinately overpriced but also completely ineffective in treating gout based on countless numbers of reviewers.
Our largest concern is that GoutPro is lacking the one ingredient that is overwhelmingly present in the clear majority of competitive gout remedies: tart cherry extract. This ingredient is so popular because of its widespread success in reducing acid build-up, flushing out toxins, reducing inflammation, and supporting an overall healthy liver.
