Cascara Sagrada contains chemicals that stimulate the bowel and therefore have a laxative effect; it is safe only as a dietary supplement. Senna is an herb that acts as a laxative. Flax Seeds which contain a large amount of fiber also performs as a natural laxative. Cape Aloe is used for constipation as well as Peppermint.
Note that the website does not advertise the contents of the bottle and the product label. We found this rather disconcerting and wonder why the manufacturer chooses to keep so much information about the product secretive. The dosage amount is also not included and in an FAQ on the website, they stay that once you receive the product, you will be able to learn more about the recommended dosage.
Dosage Instructions
